Our calibration services come with ONE YEAR WARRANTY against Measurement Canada Noncompliance that is related to the measurement accuracy of your meters. This is my guaranty to you that my work regarding adjusting the meter calibration and verifying its integrity was done right to the best of my knowledge.
Because one of the main reasons in doing calibrations is to ensure Measurement Canada compliance under the Weights and Measures Act and Regulations I feel that it's only natural that our services come with this "built-in" warranty.
Measurement Canada Inspectors are visiting the retail locations to regularly verify measurement accuracy of the devices used in trade.
When they find that these devices have measurement errors that are greater then the legal limits of error they will issue a Notice of Noncompliance document mandating the trader to correct the situation. There are some cases when the noncompliance is not related to the measurement accuracy of the pumps and require different service and repair or faulty component replacement that obviously is not covered under this warranty.
In the unlikely event that you receive anytime within the next one year from a FUELMEASURE INC. pump calibration a Notice of Noncompliance from a Measurement Canada inspector saying that the measurement accuracy of these pumps does not comply with the legal limits of error, I will return to your location and recalibrate that pump at no cost to you. I will also fill out all legal documents explaining the repairs and contact the local Measurement Canada Office to confirm results found, repairs completed and device returned to compliance.
